I know its possible to get one from oral sex but let me example the question further. If a guy were to give a girl oral sex could she receive an STD from him? Because the girls doesn't have one and the dude isn't using any body fuilds. It doesn't seem as if u would contract one through his mouth since you can't catch any from kissing. So could the girl still catch a STD through a guy performing oral sex on her? Basically you can't get an STD from a person if their using their mouth??

I don't have an STD. I was just asking a question. You shouldn't "assume" anything. Asumptions are elements of unsure knowledge...

You can catch some STD's from oral sex. For instance, if someone has herpes (a cold sore) on the mouth or surrounding area, it can be transmitted to the genital area by having oral sex. The usual time for it to appear, after it has been transmitted, is about 6 weeks. If I am not mistaken, there is a slight chance of getting AIDS from kissing. The mouth has saliva, which is a body fluid.

Theoratically it is possible to transmit std via oral sex. STD can be present in the mouth not from kissing but by oral sex with someone who has. It is possible to have gonorrhea in the throat. STD can be transmitted via oral sex, although the risk is less.

The answer is yes, even if they are both virgins, but they have had oral sex with other partners there is a chance that one of them might be carrying something.

If this guy did oral on her and he had a cold sore then he could pass herpes onto her down there. If she has gential herpes then she would pass it on to him. She can only catch it if she gives him oral and, or if he had a cold sore and did it to her but that is really not common....
good luck

Herpes, maybe HPV, and a few other things too. Also a lot of people here mention sores in the lips or something along the lines. Many people can pass herpes without any clear or visible symptoms
