Workout with no weigth loss?
Modern science found some interesting facts:
Exercise and diet both play a big role in losing weight. Since you exercise, you may want to make some changes to the time you eat certain items.
Here's what science found:
* To lose weight, one should eat the fatty and protein foods in the morning. In fact, flax oil by mouth (not the capsules), taken early in the morning, create energy and help lose weight. Taken later the day or in the evening help to gain weight.
* Lunch can be the biggest meal, when not loaden with protein and fat. You may keep in mind that vegetarians are leaner than meat eaters, yet a change should be generally done gradually.
* In the evening, one should eat whole grain foods, salads or some fruit to taste, not protein food or fatty foods, in order to lose weight.
People who ate the same amounts and the same kind of food as they usually did, but change the time they would eat it by the above plan, lost weight!
* I would also eliminate white sugar and white flour items and white rice, they all imbalance the blood sugar and make hungry afterwards. It takes about three days after eating imbalancing starch food to balance the blood sugar. After that, one is not so hungry any longer, if not eating such food any more. No more hunger pangs!
* Whole grains are much more balancing than empty starch food (white flour and white sugar containing drinks and food) as are brown sugar and wild rice. Cinnamon helps to balance the blood sugar.
* Limonade in the morning, freshly squeezed with purified water and brown sugar, can help cleanse the system and nourish it. Drink within 10 minutes after making it, thereafter it will change its quality.
* A trainer recommended not to eat afer exercising, becasue the body would reabsorb the food too quickly and weigth may be regained.
Much success, hope you are not gearing for too skinny!

#1: what are you eating? If you're working out but eating tons and tons of fatty food, you'll see no improvement.
#2: how long have you been working out? It sometimes takes time to see improvement.
#3: don't go by what the scale says. Use a measuring tape and measure your waist, hips, etc every week to see improvement. Scales are innacurate as a weight loss measurement because they don't take into account that muscle weighs more than fat. That being said, you're probably gaining muscle and losing fat so you don't SEE results, but believe that they ARE happening!!!
I hope this helps!!

Are you on a diet too? Without the dieting you wont be losing weight. You have to watch what you eat also. You can't do an hours worth of exercise and then go home and eat everything in sight. Try watching what you eat with the exercise and I'm sure you will lose it. Good Luck!

Try seeing a personal trainer at a fitness club, they can help you to learn which types of exercises are right for you and your body type. You could also see a nutritionist, not all diets work for everybody. I know this can be expensive, but if it is that important to you, it will be worth it. Good luck!
