How does a man improve his self confidence, from body shape and size to emotional and state of mind?

I am trying to improve my self confidence as this is one thing that I have acknowledged as causing depression. I am particularly interested in hearing from gay men. I am 38, and I used to be confident as a young man, but over the years, things have happened, and I now have lost about 90% of my confidence. I need to get it back.

Yes I am seeing a therapist, and on anti-depressants.
Please no smart alec answers.

If there are others out there who have had low self esteem, self confidence, please tell me what you did to improve it, what worked for you, and also what didn't work for you. We are all individuals, and different methods work for different people.

Am i "depressed"??

ok so im a bit wary of putting this all up here but i dont know where else to turn.
I hate my life.
I lost my job.
Im in debt up to my eyeballs (ive tried Debt management companies but i cant eve afford their repayments!)
My partner does nothing but annoy me
I dont get on with my parents (never have)
I hate where i live
Sometimes i wish id never had my daughter who is nearly 2
I hate looking in a mirror
I hate even seeing my name written down
I just want to stop it all and have a fresh start......
When i go to the Drs, i break down and i just dont tell them half of what is in my head, coz i know im taking up their time and prob dont want to see a 27 year old woman in floods of tears in their office.
Im scared that if i do tell them everything they will lock me up as a complete loon.
WHat should i do?

Stoping breast feeding your baby while the breast has little milk WILL IT BE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF BREAST CANCER??

I stopped breast feeding my baby when she was 7 month I didn't want to but she refused it. At that time my breast had little milk.So do you think this is bad for my breast in the future????????

Uncontrolled seizures, is there any help, what about surgery?

Boy age 7 is on dilantin and topomax which is not helping much. doctors are suggesting surgery, tried several other drugs and did not help. He is not eating good and is very thin. 3 to 4 petit mal seizures per day which look more like post tramatic stress disorder.

Is a 2 day period normal once u stop taking birth Control and have unprotected sex and then period comes for t

I only had a two day period and i was on Birth Control and i stop taking them for a reason!! I had some bleeding probably from taking them everyday late and i had sex when i was(unprotected) and like the next day or two my period came for only two days im sure that was my period because i had a little cramps!! So i was wondering could i have gotten pregnant cause of takin my pills late alot, unprotected sex, and stopping the pill? Somebody help with some SENSE!!

Genital Wart Problem?
