Fresh, not concentrate, is the best. It contains more complex carbohydrates so causes less of a spike in blood sugar.

It shouldn't matter. I took a nutrition class last semester and my teacher actully said that you should limit your juice intake because your mainly drinking sugar, she said its better to actually eat the orange than drink its juice because that way you would be eating the fiber. as far as healthyness make sure it has no sugar added. The nutrition label lists things from main ingrediant to least present. if sugar (high fructose corn syrup) is listed within the first three ingrediants, then its not a very healthy choice.

Best from the fruit, consume within 15 mins from extracting. It'll contain the most enzyme and other goodness.

Concentrate - very likely there are additives.

I think Pomegranate Juice is best mostly because it is loaded with antioxidants and essential vitamins.

i say grape juice since it improves heart health and may reduce breast cancer and prevent urinary tract infection..........orange juice got a disadvantage.its a diuretic........makes you wanna go pee.
