If you have a fat stomach, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. Losing fat around the stomach takes time. If aerobic exercises are done regularly over a period of time, you will gradually lose weight. More details at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

Eat less. that is 25 kcal/kg/24h if your are overweight person (BMI 25-30) or 12 to 15 Kcal/kg/24h for the morbidly obese (BMI 30-40). otherwise eat 30K cal/kg/24h if your a person of normal weight (BMI 25).
Mix different oils and keep the fat content in your food to just 20 percent of what all you eat in the day. If you want to skip a meal , then eat celery and whole grain and sprouts.
do moderate walking for 30 minutes on most days of the week.
and try to keep outdoors on your feet for 8 hours if possible and I bet you see your belly fat gone in 3 months.
wish you all the best.

Correct diet + physical activity/exercise. Fat is your bodies way of storing excess calories you intake for a later use. The way to start burning that fat is to cut down on your calorie intake (food) so your body has to use the excess fat stored for calories. The fastest way to make your body do this is to cut down on how many calories you intake (food) and burn more calories than you intake (exercise). This forces your body to burn fat cells for energy. Note that not everyones body reacts the same to this approach. Some will get faster results than others. This is the intended natural way to slim down.

You've got to be kidding me... Did you just fall off a truck or can you really not see the obvious? Look, just do some crunches and sit ups every day for 15 or 20 minutes. You'll notice a difference in a few weeks. Unless you're a lazy bum and quit after the first week. If it hurts you're doing it right. Or, you could just stay a wimp. It's up to you.
