No. Liver is the organ that filters all toxins. So I would have it once a week.

no. Liver is good in moderation, however, it has high amounts of iron, vitamin a , vitamin d ( both fat soluble vitamins.) and other compounds. too much of these is not good

I think it is also rich in cholesterol. You should not really eat organs on a daily basis.

yep, it's ok. but make sure you dont eat it too often. it has high cholesterol and it will make you sicker than before. once in a while, persay...2-3 times a month is good
