actually it depends on your body style. If you are 5'4" with a curvy body, large breasts, hips, etc. then no you are by no means fat. If you are that height and boxy, what I mean is no hips, etc. then you may be slightly overweight. It also depends how you carry your weight. Some people have big bellies or large rear ends, so if you tend to carry your weight all in one place, you may be slightly heavy looking as well, but if you are well-proportioned you should be fine.

No you're not fat. The real question is do you workout regularly? Do you eat well balanced meals with all the vitamins your body needs. When I was 14 I weighed somewhere in the 130's...and at the time I was only 5 foot (however my body fat was extremely low). It's about health. As long as you take care of yourself you'll be fine. Also, remember you're probably still growing and plus as a teenager your body is still changing and morphing...so don't worry. What you see in the magazines and in the media as a whole isn't always the truth...

Honey, don't listen to these people. Your weight really has nothing to do with your age. It has to do with your height. Search online for a BMI calculator if you want. 132 at 5'4 is about average. Don't worry about your weight. You're FINE! I battled bulimia for a few years, believe me that is not the way you want to go. I know I personally am overweight but I still love myself and don't really give a damn about some losers on Yahoo Answers calling me a "porker". If you're concerned then ask a doctor because the people on here can't tell you if you're healthy or not but believe me 132 is definitely not fat.

No, you are not fat. Not even close. If you were 160 or something, then you'd have a concern. Try the first link below, it says your weight is Desirable. Don't believe it? Try the second link below.
Come on -- 132 lbs at 5'4" is a healthy weight. The morons here saying you're fat don't know what they're talking about, they're just trying to be "funny" (or hurtful).

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to try to feel better just tone yourself and try walking a little more. Try to be active and a good part of being active is believing in yourself and liking who you are. Make healthier choices here and there more here then there. Our health is very important and you do not want to do anything drastic to jeopardize that. The long term effects from unhealthy habits may stay with you so just be cautious on your decisions. Make them healthy as we are older a lot longer than we are younger. Take care hun.

I don;t think you're really overweight-- I'd call you plump or buxom--but it's obvious you're not happy with your body or you wouldn't be asking this question online. Why not try to get more exercise and eat a little healthier than you are right now.
