Why take sleeping pills I can suggest something I take and they won't hurt you or you won't become addictive to them they are vitamin supplements.
I take 2 Stress Relief it relaxes me so I can fall asleep
and 1 Pain Relief Complex (even if I'm not in pain) and also I take an epsom salt bath to relax me too.

Only doctors can prescribe sleeping pills, sorry.

Either you are underage or there are some medical conditions that he cannot precribe you that.

Try supplementation to help you to sleep...

I shared a supplement (powder form) to a 60+ year old diabetic woman who could hardly sleep. The supplements has helped her to get better sleep these days.

Rootbeer is right. If you really think you are in need, go to a polyclinic who can either prescribe or refer you to the relevant hospital.
