I am currently losing weight, im eating right, dong lots of cardio and most importantly im not drinking ale. However, I am about to leave on a lads holiday where drinking will be imperitive. What drink will have the smallest impact on my shrinking gut? I have heard vodka soda could be viable, does vodka have any calories?

I have been on an anti-depressant for almost a year now. My first course was for 6 months. I then took a break for a month and found that I could not cope so I went back to my GP for a second course.I am not quite certain if continuous use is safe but so far, I have not had any side effects.
