I don't think it is flu, most of the time flu means you ache all over and being very lethargic probably just a cold.

hope you feel better soon

Your throat is sore due to the drainage going down your throat. Gargling mild salt water is a smart thing to do. Go get some Clartin it is over the counter so no need to go to the Doc, that will help dry up your drainage problem! If you do not feel better in 3-5 days you may need to go get check. Hope you feel better!! Drink lots of liquids and have some chicken noodle soup.

no acheing joints = probably not 'flu like' just a heavy cold - fluids and alternate paracetamol with ibuprofen every 2 hours try honey and lemon (1 tablespoon each in a mug of hot water) all you can do is relieve the symptoms - your immune system will cure you edit - i've had it since last weekend, sleeping for about 45 minutes in any one block at night... bloody evil this current cold it...

1st and foremost that is a sinus attack..... its either caused by an allergy or as u said a change in the weather environ..... thats most definately sinus... if u dont believe wut u can do is close ur eyes n use both hands to press ur cheek bones down..if that hurts its sinus.... jus go to the doctor for a sinus presciption... n ull feel better after a week or so..
its not a cold or flu ok... and for sinus i advice u to get a prescriptionand not use any home-made medicines bcuz u may b allrgic to the home-made medicine n make it worse..
also u can try DPH allergy medicine along wit ur prescription to stop the allergic reactions ok...

it actually could be a sinus infection instead of a cold or the flu. If symptoms persist you may want to go to a doctor and see if you need an antibiotic

it could either be a sinus infection or Strep throat in which case you need to go to the dr. strep throat left untreated can lead to other serious health problems.

weather doesn't cause colds or the flu.... viruses do. sounds like more of a cold. if your stomach isn't doing the twisted flipflop, you've probably got a cold. i just got over one about a week ago, and yours sounds like what i had. chicken soup, buckley's and lots of rest should do the trick. get well soon, ok?

A doctor will tell you it is allergies. But I can tell you it is sinus, not flu, try drinking one half teaspoon sea salt and one half teaspoon baking soda in some water, tastes awful but worked for me, also fenugreek found at healthfood stores is great for sinuses.

It's hard to tell. Take some good multi-vitimin and mineral pills. That's what a nurse at college advised me to do and she was right.
