By drinking more than 500ml of HL milk to gain weight.. will it work?

It depends on how many calories you take in. 1 and 2 percent milk have more calories so it should work. The only real health risk is having to go to the bathroom several times a day.

Whole milk should work to gain weight. I don't know a whole ton about milk's health benifits (or risks), so I can't tell you about that. Whole milk has 8 grams of fat in ONE cup. You need 15 grams of fat to MAINTAIN your weight. GOOD LUCK!

Eat Big! Make sure you eat at least 20% over the recommended daily alowance. Do not go more than 2.5 hours without eating. Eat a big meal before you go to bed.

Make sure it's whole milk. Not skim or 2%.
