I am really scared of shots and needles in general. I have to get two (tetanus and flu) very soon. I just freak out at the thought, and I know i'll freak even more when I go to have it done. What is the best diversion trick you know for someone REALLY scared of needles. How can I relax and keep my mind off of it? I need lots of advice please.

im 18 years old and i had sex with protection 2 times only lke 3 months ago,and like a 4 days after i had sex one morning i squezzed my nipple hard and this withish liquid comes out only if i press on my nipple,at 1st i was scared of beging pregnant,cause i wazs having really bad backpain and kind of nausious and headakes.but i have been getting my regular periods these last 2 monthst,and i was really worried about it and i went to the doc and they tould me that i have UTI urinanry track infection.so yup now that they found out that u think all these problems that i have been having lately are because of that UTI????????????

well i walk run and climb stairs 3 nights a week in my job as\ a nurse step every day, don't drink or very little, eat fresh fruit and veg and always believed it was something u got with a sedentary life style.............. so where am i going wrong?................... i am getting fat

I am wondering what the real treatment is...my parents always told me to leave strays ( I was a pet lover) alone because if you got rabies they have to give you 100 shots in the belly through your belly button....Let me tell you I didn't mess with strays....lol


But now that I am older I wondered what the real treatment was

im 29 ive had this for well over ten years, ive done better over the years, im trying to get help by seeing a psychiatrist this month....but years and years ago i was really out of control staring and lashing out impulsively in public, im ashamed of this and i just want help so i can live a normal life i dont no what kind of treatment i need?........i wory really badly because whenever i see a serious violent crime on the news i worry like mad and thing god i hope i couldnt do anything like that.....i think will my anger just explode out of my control one day?? does anyone no anything about this? and treatment and whether i can be treated?

If so, where at, how much do you pay per week, how long have you been on the program, why are you on it, what is your dose(if you don't mind telling me), and have you ever tried to come off?
Also, do you have to attend weekly group meetings at the clinic(I do) and how are the counselors, do they act like they want to help?

Should i ? My life stinks right now, and i feel like suicide is my only option. I just want out. If you want, you can try to talk me out of it. My life is just soo messed up. I have had a cough and a stuffy nose for 4 weeks. I went to the doctors about 2 weeks ago and said i had a chest infection so he gave me antibiotics but they havent done anything. my nose is still real bad and so is my cough. and yesterday i started getting a real sore throat.

My twin brother is what people would call a "pretty boy" he doesn't act girly he has a feminem face, built body, and is popular with the girls. Guys don't seem to like him much which is sad. My brother and I both modeI so this might be why they don't like him. There's a billboard with my brothers face on it for a certain advertisement (can't say what company might get in trouble) and the guys from our college(we go to the same college) threw eggs at it. I want to know why men seem to be mean to pretty boys or what their what is there opinion about them. My brother is a really nice guy and is dating a nice girl. I just don't understand how men can be so mean to someone so nice. Is it because he's a model? I'm a model too and girls are nice to me so I really don't understand this.

she takes the false teeth out and puts them directly in a glass of water. in the morning she takes them right out of the glass and puts them in her mouth. I imagine sitting in room temperature water for up to 12 hours is breeding a ton of bacteria. She never sterilizes them. She is very depressed and just doesn't care about safety precautions of any kind. I would like to find an article somewhere about how harmful this could be to her, because she won't listen to me. Maybe if I print it out and give it to her she will read it and take it more seriously.
