At your local drug store or a 7-11.
If you're cheap and don't want to spend money on them, go to Planned Parenthood. They'll give you, like, 30.

Nowadays you can buy them everywhere (even in men's bathrooms). Now if you want free ones, you'd have to visit somewhere like Planned Parenthood. If you're talking about specialized ones (i.e. flavored), then you would need to visit an adult book store/shop.

Almost anywhere. Grocery stores,pharmacies, convenient stores, online, sex shops, literally everywhere. They are given for free at your local health department.

Any drug store. Wal mart also sells them in their pharmacy dept. You can also get them free of charge at a local STD Clinic.
