as far as sleeping habit is concern, it depends on the age. younger age needs a complete hours of sleep-8 hrs. for their health and to have a normal growth and brain relaxations. on the age of teen-age - needs also a complete hours of sleep for the conditoning of their body system, specially if the teens are energetic and sports minded. on the age of maturity-thats 20 above- the hours of sleeps decreases a little bit, because of their extra curicular activities. on the age of 35 and above sleeping habits decreases again because of hormones and being active in physical aspects of their way of living. at the age of 50 above, the sleeping habits now normally gets 6 hours. and this is normal to ageing people, because of some personal reasons, or maybe lack of vitamins or hormonal imbalance., but still its normal regarding sleeping habits is concern.

I've heard that 6-7 hours is good. Believe it or not, it is possible to get too much sleep. I find if I go over 7 hours I am friggin exhausted the next day.

7-8 hrs of sleep each night......if you get less you risk health problems...and much more sleep and that can signal depression.
