Its a bit of a tall order. You might lose 6lb but not more...and you would need to exercise to lose that much. Eat small portion, no fatty or sugary foods, fill up with fruit and raw veggies. Keep meat to very small portions.

Unfortunately not working out is not an option if you want to lose 10 pounds quickly. But here is a fun option, including changing you diet dramatically, and eating six small meals per day, you are also going to have to not eat after a certain hour. For me it's 8 pm. But in conjunction with my regular workout routine and my physical trainer, I take Salsa lessons. You would not believe how toned you can get from dancing. I have lost 6 inches on my waist alone from dancing. That's an option and it's fun and not so tedious.

Drink a lot of water everyday. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks by wearing ankle weights all day. I wore them at work all day. I wore them on lunch too. After I ate lunch everyday I would walk for 20 minutes, then after work around the house while I cooked dinner. I did this everyday for 2 complete weeks even on the weekends. I ate a small breakfast like oatmeal, half a banana, full cup of skim milk. I snacked all day on fruit, peanuts, and rice cakes. I am a vegetarian so it was easy for me to eat lots of fruits and vegies. But the leg weights work. I went from 130 to 120. I am now 112 (but I am only 5'2) so none of the weight has come back. Good luck! Dont eat after 6pm unless its fruit and water. Lots of water

dont be lazy you have to work out unless you starve your self which will only kill you and it wont help you lose weight ht ehealthiest way is to exersize and eat healthy. other ways that are more fun to exersize are walking with friends, doing some crunches while watching tv. just little things like starirs instead of elevator or parking farther from the door at a store helps more than you would think

Walk, drink lots of water, cut out all sweets, breads and starches, don't eat anything after 6:00 at night. Eat a good breakfast, light lunch and supper. Also drinking soy milk will help. Good Luck.

Stop drinking soda drink diet its not that good for you but I lost 5 pounds when I started drinking water instead of coke.

go for a bike ride , you dont have to go to the gym or treadmill to do something active.... if you dont want to do anything
your gonna have to seriously cut calories.... drink alot of water so you feel full (or tea with no sugar)
