I am a chocoholic and I really like cadbury chocolates. A lot of news is spreading that cadbury has salmonella and it is bad for our health. waht is salmonella anyway? and how will it harm me? Can I still eat Cadburies?

i do not need an apetite supresent because if i take one, i will not eat for an entire day. i think that is how i got fat. i am on a regular eating scheduale now. i walk to work and i go to the gym three times a week. but i am not losing weight. i am at the same weight that i was when i started three months ago. doctor said i was healthy. what else should i do?

i am looking for a neurologist for my nephew....he has got ataxic telecgectasia a cerebal palsy.
he has been to doctors all over australia and i am looking for one anywhere in the world now.
my nephew is soo beautiful but the only thing is he has got a movement disorder, im not asking for his sickness to go, which i would hope it does, but im looking for someone to give him good medication or anything that would help him run around and experience kids activities.
if you know of any please send the name of the doctor and where in the world they are.

I battle to sleep. Think I'm on my way to being an insomniac! Go to bed at 2/3am and get up at 5am. I work from 7am to 5pm and luckily I'm not tired during the day. Also never feel tired before 1am. Noticed some weight gain since this sleeping routine got worse and can't seem to get rid of it now. I heard that little sleep causes either weight gain or causes it to be difficult to loose weight. Is this true?

My wife thinks i'm kinda weird but she likes it as much as i do.She says that my CPR technique is right and felt almost real esspecially when i blow air into her mouth and compressed her chest.I think it's my own fetish but i do felt worry if this can have a negative impact on my wife's safety.Do you guys think it's safe for me to perform CPR on her just for fun although the steps are correct?
