You have no control of your height.

You can loose weight by drinking lots and lots of water, veggies, fruit, protein such as fish, chicken, eggs. Read book by Dr. Ozz called "You on Diet" . He has a special on the Discovery Channel on TV Fri nite 10 pm date is Nov. 3. He has a great show. He makes things easy to remember and has lots of show and tell in his shows.

There's nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller but there are things you can do to make sure you stay healthy and if you do them, they may help you realize your full development (assuming, of course, you're not a full grown adult). Stay away from junk food, drink plenty of water, get plenty of vitamins and other nutrients in your diet and that way your body will have the resources it needs to grow if you have another growth spurt coming. And get plenty of sleep each night. Your body not only recovers during sleep but if you're working out, this is when your muscles grow.

As for losing weight, cardio, cardio cardio. You should get in 20-30 minutes of heart pumping exercise like jogging, basketball, biking, etc at least 4 times a week. You don't have to do the same thing each time but you do have to be consistent in exercising.
