Manage anger by being happy. Be happy you are alive. Be thankful for your blessings. Bless others! Forgive, forgive, forgive the shortcoming of others. Sing great songs! Play! Do something for someone less fortunate. Get others to join you. You will be a person without anger toward yourself and others if you follow the above suggestions.

I think we need to learn to take distance from the anger of others, while allowing them to get angry if they need to. Don't increase their anger by retaliating. Letr htem rant as it's good for them and then let it over your head.

Managing ones own anger depends on how well we accecpt ourselves. It is important to vent our anger, so we need to try and do it in a manner and place where it wont hurt others. Exerxise can help, punch the pillow and not the person is something I have learnt also. Trying different relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, scented oils and lavendar baths. Good luck. Don't get too bogged down by your anger and don't take it too seriously. it is healthy.

With the knowledge that if you put the same amount of energy required for anger into doing something constructive, something good has to come out of the effort.

THE BEST THING TO DO IS CALL FOR TIME OUT. RELAX THINK ABOUT THE SITUATION. ONE THING I HAVE DONE IS GET A BALLON AIR IT UP WRITE ALL YOUR FEELING ON IT GO TO A PLACE YOU LIKE AND JUST LET IT GO. IT SOUNDS STUPID BUT IT RELEASES THAT STRESS.
