I started taking Amino Acids supplements when I started lifting weights. I take 3 gnc 1000 pills in the morning before work. I missed a dose and I noticed a considerable amount of less stress and anxiety in my mind. Is there any research that shows this? Has anyone else heard about the connection between amino acids and anxiety?

Sometimes, when I'm doing things without paying attention It takes me longer to recall what I just did, such as putting my Ipod on hold instinctly and not remembering whether I did it or not. Do I have short term memory loss? I can remember 8 numbers out of 9 in a short term memory test.

I'm Canadian, and I'm just wondering how it works. Because here, you can go to the doctor for whatever reason and it doesn't cost anything. Does it cost to go to the doctor in the US each time you go? Or does everyone have plans that allow them to go so many times for minor issues during the year?

Don't be rude either, lots of people in the Western world live in countries that have public health systems. How would we know how it works in your country if we've never lived there?

he died when i was six, and i am 11 now. my mom got re-married last summer, in 2005 and ever sense a couple of weeks ago, i can't stop thinking about him. he was been in my dreams and i have been crying myself to sleep a lot. why do i do this? it is like i am mourning all over again. i love my step-dad, but i don't want to forget my real one. why am i doing this, and what should i do?

I have a horrible metabolism because of stress and starving myself. Starving myself backfired and caused me to gain weight, the less I ate. I have been seen by doctors and nutrionists to confirm that. I am trying to make time to eat. Sometimes I forget. Weird huh?
