Surgical removal of the vein, or injection with a special substance that will cause it to collapse.
Need to see a doc for either.
That yoga thing won't work...

Really the only way to get rid of existing varicose veins is to have them injected with saline, which will cause them to shrivel up and go away. The best way to prevent varicose veins, especially if your job involves standing on a hard surface for a long period of time, is to wear compression socks. They can be found in the drug store, on-line, etc. They use them to prevent blood clots in patients after surgery. The problem is pooling of blood. It gets down there and it's hard to get back to the heart.

In Yoga there is a breathing exercise called "PRANAYAM"
Meet some yoga teacher and learn "Anulom-Vilom" and
"Kaphal Bhatti" exercises. If you do it regularly for 15 minutes each
you can get rid of varicose veins. If you do not find a yoga teacher
refer some yoga books and you can practice these two exercises
with the help of this book. 100% cure guaranteed. Good Luck !!

surgery. or somtimes they make a shot into veins to glue them together, but usually with time those neighbouring ones become enlarged too. so they usually prescribe some medicines to prevent that. also wearing special bandage and doing some special exercises and not doing some other exercises. but if they re already enlarged only shot or surgery will help. they won't disappear with just some outside help
