Do actors and actresses have to wear real braces in shows and films? I mean, what do they wear? Do they have to get real braces even if they have straight teeth? And how come Emma Roberts had braces on Unfabulous, but have really crooked teeth on the bottom outside the show??

I work in an ER in a small town. We are a branch of a much larger hosptial in a larger neighboring town. We see people every night with the diagonsis of pharyngitis, or sinusitus, or otitis meida, or conjunctivitis. (In lay terms thats a sore throat, or stuffy nose, or ear ache, or pink eye.) These people get quite upset that they sometimes have to wait longer because people come in with chest pain (and they are having a heart attack) or their arm is bent in a place it isn't supposed to be bent, or a woman only 22 weeks pregnant and in labor and these people are seen before them. What is their definition of an Emergency Room? We are not a doctor's office or the local county Health Department. And then when they check out without insurance they are shocked that they are asked to pay the bill. What is the mentality here? I just don't get it...

I eat fast food at least twice a week. I know in my mind its unhealthy, but I can't get myself to stop eating crap.
What are healhy snax instead of chips? What should i eat when i'm on the go and there are no healthy alternatives? I'm not over weight but i want to stop eating fast food.

my girlfriend obviously has food poisoning. and its slowly getting worse. she ate the food around 7-10 hours ago.

Is there any way to stop this from getting worse. or at least helping her ease through it so its not so bad.....

and how bad can this get. should she go to the hospital???
i have had food poisoning before but i survived without the doc. even though it was hell. i survived.

My mother ha an untreated mental disorder for my whole life and me and my siblings suffered greatly. Now I am 31 and I have my own family she is always around but can not be told that she is interfering other wise she has really bad attacks of depression and even attempted suicide today.
She has hurt me and my siblings for 31 years and does not even know or understand it has become to hard to help someone who is so distant to my suffering.
I battle with a heart condition and anxiety myself.
She has started a new treatment today but I find it hard to help and also not to help
