Use a wheat pack on face. Also use Belladona 30 (homeopathy medicine). Take 7-8 drops in 1/4 cup of water. Thrice a day. It will help your skin build resistance against suntan

You won't be able to completely get rid of your sun tan in 2 days, but you can exfoliate your skin to make it less noticiable. Use a good exfoliant - I recommend St. Ives apricot scrub or Clinique's exfoliator. The exfoliator will scrub off your dead skin cells and bring new cells to the surface. Good luck!

Suntan is an actual pigmentation in the skin therefore to lose it one must remove the upper layer of skin . (dermabrasion) quite painful and leaves the skin tender

You don't, it goes away on it's own.
If you want, you can peel off all your skin, that might hurt just a little bit, not much, but just a little.
