Probably with whatever food you've been banning yourself from eating whilst on the diet! That's why it's proven time and time again that a very very high percentage of people who go on 'diets' put the weight back on and often more! It's much better if we can train ourselves to have a little of what we fancy and stick to an 80/20 rule! Try being really good 80% of the time and a bit naughty 20% of the time! Include exercise 3 or more times a week and you should be onto a winner!

We buy some biscuits each week for my little girl, and sometimes I end up eating custard creams and once I have the taste in my mouth I just keep eating! can quite easily eat 5-10 in a day if I really give in to temptation!!!
at 50 calories a piece it really doesn't do me any good! I have to live on a permanent diet if you will, because my dad was a heavy set man, and my metabolism is quite slow, and these things for a woman make life especially hard (even worse as I have a baby girl as well!!!!!)
I'm getting there slowly...almost back into my size 12's....

I am on a diet at the moment, and I find it really hard to stay away from pastries, sweets, crisps and bread with jam! I would not say that it is taking me of my diet, but after trying for more than a month now to lose weight.... that is what makes me want to give up!maybe it's because I am cheating with my diet. Just have to exercise harder each time I cross the line!

That is a hard question, because everything looks so good when I'm on a diet. I'm more likely to cave for a Pepsi rather than food

Cadbury's Mini Rolls. I can ignore the calling of just about every other food source on the planet but there is just something about the way the sponge of Cadbury's Mini Rolls (original, no jam) puts up absolutely no resistance when you bite into them that makes them irresistable to me.

Anything thats not healthy and I mean anything. I will eat stuff that I would not normally eat even if I wasn't on a diet as long as its either greasy sugar loaded or fat and carb loaded! I swear I have no control :( Pathetic arn't I :(

drink your vitamins. No to vitamins that promote appetite. It will ruin your figure. Also, do not plaque yourself by skipping a meal, this is not correct for a diet, especially skipping in the morning or noontime. This can lead to ulcer.

Anything high in carbs or sugars usually...cause they're what pack on the pounds. This is also the choice for most bulimics funnily enough.

I'm not one for chocolate - I have a savoury tooth and absolutely love chips/ crisps (especially Ghost Pops) or popcorn...
Popcorn SOUNDS healthy, but not when it's a bucket full loaded with salt!
So instead of sugar, my weakness is carbs!
