I weighed 125 before I got married. I feel fat sometimes and I dont know if I will ever get comfortable with this weight. I want to drop down to 130/135. But if I never get there should I just be happy with weighing 140?

Alright so my wisdom teeth have been grown in since I was 13 or so, but my dentist said it wasn't necessary to remove them. I even had braces on my wisdom teeth. But sometimes I hear that they should be taken out anyways?

I have had a chronic sinus problem for about 2 years now and I feel awful all of the time. I take asprin, sinus /allergy meds, and all but nothing helps. I am supposed to have a ct scan...will this help and what might they need to do to help releive my pain? Doyou believe it will help?

I used to be more active and i am looking to gain back some of the muscle tone i used to have i dont have a lot of time since i am working full time and going to school as well I was wondering in pilates is any good but i dont know any one who has used it. I am looking to commit to something i just dont want to waste time or money on things that wont work. and not eating anything at all .... i know it is not healthy but i work out 2 times a week ... thats all i can do because i have a child who is almost 2. I have gained 70 lbs since my child was born. Yes, I give advice....but I ALWAYS say..."seek professional help". I hate when people say, "YES, you DEFINITELY have THIS disease or disorder!" You people don't know....just say it "could" be this or "maybe" or "I've had those symptoms, but this was MY particular illness". Not to sound bitchy....but geez!

I am always injured. I play soccer competitively but lately I have had a bad hip flexor and can't be very active. I re-injured it last week and I can't run or anything for another month. I have seriously gained 15 pounds in the last month and I am starting to get depressed. None of my clothes fit and my gut hangs out everywhere. Advice on how to heal? IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE?!!??

i sort of have an anxiety disorder but havent been diagnosed yet...But my problem is, is that I have always been paranoid, and have had phobias, such as of cancer and diseases and stuff like that, plus pessemistic with things such as relationships with friends, gfs, etc....I noticed recently that I occasioanlly get this kind of nausea, which never leads to throwing up, and doesnt last too long, and goes away with breathing excercises...The thing is, is that sometimes it comes to me out of nowhere, and then I start thinking of things, and its like that nauseous feeling in your stomach that is lie a mixture of beeing dizzy and worried...Idk, cause i dont throw up, and it goes away once i fall asleep...I was wondering if this is common in people who have anxiety problems such as myself.....thanks
