They say you can not get HIV from kissing, but if someone has a cut in their mouth or an open sore, it may be possible.

not unless they have a cut in their mouth and even then it's unlikely. AIDS travels through active blood only and a few moments after touching the air it dies quickly. if the person has any sores or cuts tho that is a different matter.

Hi,
AIDS virus is found in body serum such as blood, lymph , seamen,vaginal fluid, if somehow the infected serum enters your body you are bound to get infected, depends what parts you have kissed what have you swallowed.

the aids virus transmitted through... blood through like cuts sharing needles, breast milk, and bodily fluid like sexual contact...there are some virsuses in the saliva but they arent significant source of the virus..
