the best thing to do is work out no matter what. and start yourself on a healty. the biggest misconception is that you can eat whatever you want, that is not true. before you do anything major like a surgery you should definatly talk to someone about your emotional health. im sure that you have gone though alot in life, and you have to be healthy on the inside as well as the outside.
