You stop getting shots in the butt when you are about 1. After that, it's in the arm. If you are in the hospital, however, some pain shots are given in the hip. Ouch!!

there is no age it depends on the type of shot most nurses give pennicelin shots in the butt and some pain killers also

it depends on what kind of shot you're getting...penacillin shots are always in the buttocks, whereas a tetnus shot is in the arm.
