sounds like it's x-ray time for your ribs!!! Sounds like you may have fractured a rib or have a real bad cold, either way it's x-ray time.Both can be serious, so go right away to get it checked out.Do something about this now, because a punctured lung or breathing problem is on the way. Take care!!

My best guess would be that you might be lactose intolerant or that you have pancreaitis. My dad had that and he said it felt really painful in the lower side under the rib cage. Get it checked out is my advice

If you have had a hard time breathing and can't lay down flat when trying to get to sleep have a high fever and your ribs are hurting then you might have pneumonia.
If this is the case then get to the ER...ASAP

first and foremost you should see a doctor!!!!!!! you could have any number of ailments. if you have pain that is moving and continuous only a thorough exam by a qualified Dr can find the problem. pain when you breathe could mean that you have a respiratory ailment. this is not the place to get answers for what you are asking. see your physician

I agree that it sounds like your ribs.
I had a friend that popped a rib out of place while sleeping. Weird I know, but it happen.
Go to the doctor and get it checked out!

just from the description, its sounds like diverticulitis, but you said its the right side, diverticulitis is a colon condition and when it flares up its the left side that you feel these symptoms on......however anytime you feel abdominal pain that does not go away you should have a professional check it out.....i found out the hard way.

Possibilities include: hiatal hernia, intercostal muscle spasm, diaphragm spasm, spinal subluxations, and ??? It may be a good idea to see your Chiropractor.
