and not eating anything at all .... i know it is not healthy but i work out 2 times a week ... thats all i can do because i have a child who is almost 2. I have gained 70 lbs since my child was born. I really need help and i am dieting also. i want to lose weight as fast as i can before i cant walk anymore please help

um, just water with no food will eventually kill you, but you'd cave into eating before that happened.
you'll be best off losing 2pounds a week. I saw thing thing on discovery health where this woman lost 100+ pounds but did it so fast that she needed surgery to get rid of extra skin. it was gross, the skin just hung there. but working out is good. cardio and a little strenght is best. healthy eating of course. i can give u some great and easy asian recipes.

if u want an easy way out... buy pills with ephedrine (ma haung) in them. it works, less hunger, u dont need to time when u take them, u dont need to take more than 1-2 a day, it gives u energy, and well.... you can look it up

I wouldnt try a water diet. It is unhealthy. You need food. And if you starve yourself you may end up pigging out. Weight loss is a slow thing. If you lose it fast you might gain it back. Just try smaller portions. Try to do active things with your child. Drink more water. Dont eat after 8pm. Stop drinking soda. There are lots of things you can do but starving yourself and just drinking water is not a good idea.

I had a complete water diet before. I do not recommend it to nobody unless you are so desperate in losing weight that you are willing to kill somebody. You will become weak, you won't be as functional as you were even with the POUNDS. I say exercise and STOP eating JUNK FOOD and you will lose weight nicely and become stronger, more flexible and gain all the other good benefits.

water diet is no good eat 3 meals snack on fresh fruits and veggies , if your body does not have the food intake it needs it will hold onto the fat that you have ,also a good way to work it off with child at hand is taking a 30 min walk and pushing the baby in the stroller

you can drink all the water you want, but without a steady diet of the right food and protien, nothing will happen. if i were you, i'd look at the food pyramid and follow that and stay away from all those diet pill gimmicks. take care and good luck. =)

NO! Dont abuse your body. Walk around your neighborhood with your child for excersize and eat healthier. If your really concerned, see a doctor. But drinking alot of water will help..but eat too..water curbs hunger cravings

If you are only consuming water, you are endangering your body. Period. Also, you will stop losing weight because your body will stop burning fat as a survival mechanism.

See your doctor first, and then I suggest the medifast diet.

It works to become anorexic.
Go see your doctor, there could be a thyroid or other health issue.
Once you get a clean bill of health, check out Weight watchers or another program that stresses healthy eating, not starvation.
