I've been feeling some pain in the left arm and feeling dizzy at the same time! Is it a sign of an early heart attack of something?

u probably slept on d arm .that could have caused d pain on ur arm.Feeling dizzy? Go see ur GP.

I had the same symptoms about 6 months ago...but it was not a heart attack. You should still see a dr. just to be on the safe side.

if u ever think ur havin a stroke or heart attack pop an aspirin or 2 n ur mouth. swallow with water
