i have been on birth control for more than 2 years now. two of my cousins recently got married and are trying to get pregnant and cant because of the pill. they are taking serious vitamins and they are both under 30. is this a typical problem with birth control or a personal problem?

Just wondering if someone might have experienced or have a family member who has had this problem. Yesterday, I kind of felt something weird, or like a bit of pain that I hadnt felt before, so I decided to examine. There was a pink discolorated place beside my anus (but not in it or anything). Anyway, if you push on it, it feels like a hard lump. I freaked out and went to the ER because my worst fear is cancer. The doctor just said "I'm sorry but I dont know what that could be". He put me on antibiotics and said to take a bath 4Xs a day and referred me to a surgeon (again, another of my worst fears). This problem has a dull, warm, aching pain. Its kind of a lot like an ingrown hair, but worse and no head on it like an ingrown hair has. Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of what this could be. I am really worried about it and have never known of it to happen to anyone else. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

His wife has stopped keeping me posted and shes becoming increasingly difficult to deal with (understandable). I've never had a friend die; he's only 33. His liver is shot, his gallbladder and liver are swollen. He's highlighter yellow and rail thin. Will not eat or drink anything. He was d/c'd from the hospital last Friday and ended up in ICU by this Monday. Now, he's on dialysis. He has a tube in his rectum because of constant liquid diarrhea Until this happened (recently--as in, three weeks), we were so close. Now, he hallucinates and doesn't make sense most of the time. And, his wife is keeping me out of the loop; she doesn't want me involved. Has anyone ever gone thru this? He looks like he's dying. Have you ever heard of anyone living thru this? How do I cope with possibly losing my friend and not getting to see him? How to I deal with his wife and not create more problems? She and I used to be so friendly.

Personally i reckon women use this as an excuse to pile on the pounds and it's wearing thin(excuse the pun). not being one i didn't realise it took away the ability to frequently exercise in some women(who use this excuse). In reality you don't have to look far to show this for the big fat(excuse again) lie it is. You don't see celebrities saying this in interviews whilst throwing another big mac down their necks etc etc

I havn't worked out in what seems like 3 years. I am 6' 1" 210lbs and i just gave up smoking 2 days ago. I work M-F 40hrs and i have a full class schedule of 12 credit hours. It seems so difficult to find time to work out and still have a social life. In the past when i started working out again for the first time in a while, my muscles get super sore for about a week. What should my first few workouts be and how long of a work out? Somebody please help, i just want to lose this spare tire i have and put on some muscle.

every day i drink 1 cup of coffee, i will feel better and can pay more attention on class, if i do not drink it, i will feel uncomfortable, keep yawning..when during exam week, the number of cup will increase..sometimes even i do not feel sleepy, but i still want to have a cup of it, just like suffer from coffee alergic..i don't want be like that..

I'm covered by rash and spend my time connecting the (red) dots just to keep my mind of it. My doctor prescribed Allegra and a creme, but I don't feel it's helping. What's going on? Why does Prozac cause rash?

I stopped taking it two weeks ago, BTW, and only took it for five days. Thanks, you guys.
