If you're consuming alcohol, it's dehydrating your body. If you drink out (which I don't reccomment in excess) drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated, otherwise you'll pass out.

I think that your question has now been answered thoroughly. If you are drinking alcohol on a night out you will undoubtedly be thirsty in the morning. In fact, when I have done that, I have to get up several times in the night to have a drink of water - and don't even need to pee!
Eat a good meal before you go out and I was always told to drink a pint of milk to 'line the stomach' I have no idea if this works, never did fancy drinking the milk - but when you wake up in the night that thirsty, the cooled water from the fridge is like nectar!

If you're drinking alcoholic beverages then you should realize that alcohol is a diuretic and yes ... you will be thirsty the next morning due to a net loss in fluid volume as a result of imbibing.

i guess it depends on wat ur drinking. but the body looses loads of moisture at night through sweat, actually in the space of a week u can loose up to about a pint and all the drink that you've taken has to be taken down into water to b part of the supply to the body and when you're asleep some people tend to breath through their mouths so ur drying out ur mouth with out realising it and providing mor fluids to rehydrate it again all these reasons combined would make someone pretty thirsty now if ul excuse me im going to go get a drink

Alcohol is a poison that has the effect of dehydrating the body. Coffee is also dehydrating. The more you drink the more dehydrated you will become. Your thrist after drinking is your body telling you it needs clean pure water.

Because alcohol dehydrates the body!! Alcohol turns to sugar. That's why before bed, drink lots of water, and also when you get up.

Well, if you're talking about drinking alcohol on your night out, that's not going to take care of your natural thirst. You need plain old water to do that.

Drink plent of water throughout the evening, a good way is to alternate one glass of water with one glass of booze. Try it and see, it works, you should also eat something as the worst kind of evening is on an empty stomach.

alcohol is dehydrating you, if you ddidnt know that, you should by now. The more you drink alcohol the more your body demands water. If you ignore the thirst you'd be seriously ill very quickly.
