okay, let me clarify... DESPOSABLE TOILET SEAT COVERS FOR PUBLIC BATHROOMS! Not The seat covers in your homes that are different colors and padded and all that... i'm talking about the paper ones. Thanks

To me the number one reason would be so that I don't sit in someone else's piss. People for some reason think they are going to catch some disease by sitting on a public towel when in actuality there are more germs on the handle to flush the toilet than the toilet itself. But for whatever reason women want to do that "hover" thing and piss all over the seat.

I use a toilet seet cover when I flush the toilet to keep the toilet water from splashing out when I flush. But decorative seat covers are used to warm the seat.

I actually don't like them, because after a while, they crack. Then when you sit on it, and get up, your skin gets pinched.
