To get rid of bad thoughts takes a while, but it can be done. Fill your mind with good things. Fill your mind with what is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. You have to fill up your mind with good things to chase out the bad.

I think all of us have had thoughts that we really shouldn't have at one time or another, I know I have. I think it is up to us whether we keep them or not. Wanting to think of other things is a really good place to start. Good luck!

Theres lots to do but i warn you they can be challenging

Watch comedy not porn
go for a non pleasure relationship(like in the film sweet november)
Talk not do
become more religious
become a priest lol sry bout this one

only if you're serious..


1.) develop a more healthy respect for the opposite sex.
2.) find a way to engage in charitable activities sponsored by your local church (what religion or denomination shouldn't really matter, since helping the needy is a universal act of respact for human dignity.)
3.) study really harder (if you're a student). work really harder and smarter (if you're working).

You lust to escape fear.I have the same problem.Face your fears head on as they come.It's a process.Think of times when you were feeling good about yourself and the world.The lust wasn't around.
