i tried lemon & honey doesn,t work, tried gargling warm water and salt that didn,t work soo what do i do?

singing is not singing from your throat, it's singing from your diaphragm. a lot of ppl dont know that, so they kill their throats. lemon and honey does work, but probably not for the case u have. remember: singing is not in the throat & good luck!!!! dont 4get to do vocal exercises beforehand

I would recommend a vocal workout. You need a workout for your vocal chords to strengthen them. When they get stronger then honey and lemon will work to soothe them. There are lots of different workout for your vocal chords you just have the find the one that works for you.

See an ear, nose and throat doctor for a laryngeal (vocal cord) exam. Then ask to see a speech pathologist who treats voice disorders. They can teach you how to care for your voice.
