You have already received some good answers. I would only add a few things about an uncircumsized penis:
1. Make certain that he is clean. Circumcisn is done to allow easier cleaning of the end of the penis. Some men do not know how to keep the area hygienic. If that's the case, then it will be covered with bacteria and unsafe for you either orally or vaginally.
2. You should expect him to be slightly slower to arouse to erection but more sensitive when he is erect. Thats due to the head of the penis being covered by the foreskin. When that retracts, the end of the penis is tantalizingly sensitive!

I agree with the person who said its the best sex I ever had. My boyfriend is amazing in bed and I think part of it is the fact that he isnt circumsized. Oral is better too cause they are more sensitive! have fun!

NOT AT ALL!! My boyfriend isnt circumsized and he's my best sex partner i've ever had! it's really not a difference, because once he's arroused, the skin is pulled back and it looks normal... i wouldn't suggest him getting into play girl magazines tho! lol

That's disgusting! He surely stinks. It's part of hygiene to be circumsized. When you get down there you will know what i mean. Here in my country its a big turnoff if your not circumsized as if its a mortal sin. Anyway im pinoy.

Not really.
The only potential difference is cleanliness (the flap can trap bacteria), but as long as he's a regular bather, its not a problem.
As for oral, its basically the same. Although you might find the extra skin makes him easier to stimulate.

for sex , there really isn't any difference. When he gets hard the skin retracts and will look like any other penis. If you are gonna get oral, the same thing applies. It may seem like he has more pre-come but, thats just because of the skin......I will admit it does look way different flacid but it will change when erect.....have fun........ ;)

it is simple pull the top cover fully back and use it as you normally do. besides circumsiztion is only for hygene and is not performed in most parts of the world thesedays. you will get used to it and i bet you will find it better.
