You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Any diet can make you lose a few pounds, it depends on how you want to do it and how quickly.
A success story at the Kimkins diet site shows a model who needed to lose 10-15 lb for a modeling job and it only took her a couple of weeks.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.
He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Yes do exercise n eat al vegetables even if u eat fresh veggis means thts cool n gud for health n if u want to get fat eat more fatty stuff like cheese milk etc....

It;s easy when...you'll be tottal in that.
U have to believe it.
Eat more low fat food, lot's of fruits, vegetables...
Avoid the sweets and too salty.
Then it;s water-drink loads of it, u can also try tea(especially green tea-I love green tea with Jasmine)
Work out a bit.

you might think that this might not work, but WOAH its amazing! eat BREAKFAST!!!!! i started eating breakfast and i lost so much weight, and nutitionists stress this soo much and it really works. eat like cereal and apple juice ot what ever you have and watch in two weeks you'll lose about 10 pounds and keep it off, its soo great!!
