All I want to lose is five or ten pounds. I don't need to lose a whole lot but the problem is my mind won't stop thinking of food. It's not that I'm hungry all the time, in fact some of the time I don't have much of an appetite. I figured if I could some how get my mind off food then I could slim down a bit. Is there any safe, natural, eays way to get me to stop thinking about meals, or am I getting my hopes too high?
