It works for me if I catch the symptoms immediately upon my first sign of a cold. If the cold gets too advanced, it often doesn't seem to help much.

I swear by it. I have had a stuffy nose and have taken it everyday twice a day fro the past 3 days and it has helped. It obviously didnt clear it up but it makes it manageable to work. When I wake up im still really congested and then right after I take the first tablet inthe am i can breathe through my nose until I get sleepy again in the evening.

You take Airborne to PREVENT getting a cold. I don't think it helps after you've already gotten a cold.
