I am 18 years old, and I have been experiencing nasuea, and fatigue for about 2 1/2 weeks. I am not sexually active so its not pregnancy. I drink tons of water so it is not dehydration. My periods are very irregular, and sometime only 7 days apart. My recent period I had the worst cramps I have ever had, and could barley move. What could it be?

Also sounds like it could be poly-cystic ovarian disease. Go see a gyno, they can diagnose you and help you out more than anyone here can.

You say that you drink a ton of water... is that because you are constantly thirsty? If so this could be a beginning of diabeties. You havent said whether or not you are underweight which could cause irregular periods, weight problems of anytype could cause problems with periods or cramping. Fatigue could be from thyriod. Best advice I or anyone else on this answers area could give you would be to go see your doctor. Get well.

When you are 18 you should see a gynecologist even if you aren't sexually active. It could be anemia or endometriosis, but you really need to see a doctor. The fatigue sound like anemia which is when you aren't getting enough iron, and if you are bleeding a lot it can lead to anemia.

No one can diagnose your condition from a distance you need to see a doctor, but if you are having very frequent periods you may be anemic.

A trip to the gyn for an exam , find one you like , and tell her everything you have told us all. She is the one who should be giving you advice on this...To me it sounds like you are low on iron , and not sure on your cycles.

Go to the doctor.
