I know that the obvious answer will be exercising, but what specifically is the best way? I have an average build, but I really want to look more slim all over - legs, arms and stomach. What foods should I avoid and what foods should I eat more? Is it possible to look slim/lean even though it seems I have excess baggage in all the wrong places? I would like detailed and more specific answers to my questions, not general ones. Thanks.
