Urinary Track Infections
Kidney Stones or Kidney disease
Bladder Inflammation
Prostate Cancer

You should see a urologist at once. If you can find a urologist with a special interest in sexual dysfunction, fine, but if not, see any urologist. Bleeding from the penis is not something to be lived with. Take care and be well.
