I would like answers from people who have taken or actually take Vitamin B Complex. What are the benefits of taking B Vitamins? Can I still take Fish Oil with these? What are your results from taking Vitamin B Complex? Thanks For Your Time. :-)

it is a mix of water soluble vitamins............. so obviously fish liver oil is not the same............... what is it good for.... mostly it is prescribed for neuronal function augmentation and iron deficiency (vit B 12).....
i take it from time to time... because Vit B is very much lost during cooking and I dont really eat a lot of fresh vegetable, fruits and whole grains............. so it is better to take it................. I found it helpful in fatigue and back ache too

I take one b complex daily. I think it helps with stress/anxiety and energy. It shouldn't matter whether you take fish oil or not.
