it has twisted around so much and sometimes cuts my bottom lip I also sometimes have a lisp. Would the dentist take out some back tooth to get it straighten or would i need a plate,not too expensive im hoping. I cant smile anymore it looks terrible from my left side.

if it is so bad,you can not correct it by cosmetic procedures.I think you should go to orthodontist and ask him/her to align your front teeth only.full mouth alignment can cost you very much and gettng braces in older ages is so difficult(you didn't mention your age)

Just go to your dentist I hope that dentist can help you dont worry i have crooked to teeth to but i have braces !!!

Go to your dentist. He (or she) will tell you what you can do. There are a number of cosmetic dentistry options nowadays including veneers, invisalign, etc.
