Shouldn't the women, who had sex with him, without using protection, also be charged with something, as they were also spreading the disease because of their choices of behavior. They wouldn't have been exposed had they used protection, or refused to have sex without it. We only blame the men, but isn't anyone not using protection as much at fault?

My mother has had a continuous problem with bleeding for the past 7 years and her abdomen is bloated also. Could she have them safely removed now or have they turned into cancer tumors? She's too scared to go to the doctor for fear they will tell her she's about to die (she real old fashioned). Thanx for any advice!!

I have continous chest pains (like pressure), upper back pain, feel exhausted, often confused, and have started coughing lately. I've had bouts of hard time breathing & physically shaking in my hands, legs etc. with being very cold & dizzy. I've been to the ER numerous times & had ECGs done but they do not show anything. My doctor says I have to lose weight. But my weight hasn't changed from last year & all of a sudden I started getting these pains. I feel like I am dying. I used to read, garden ,walk & now I just want to sleep all day. I can't even climb a flight of stairs. I'm a chubby 33 year old & was in good health before, except for the weight gain. I used to be athletic & run but quit due to a knee injury about 3 years ago & have put on about 60 lbs since. I called Telecare once & they told me to go straight to the ER cause I was having a cardiac episode, but the ER doctor didn't even examine me...didn't even come within 3 feet. Anyone have any ideas? I feel like an idiot.

I am curious your experience using any anti-anxiety drug assuming you don't mind posting on a public form. I have tried xanax but it is too over whelming. I go to a new doctor in a new state in the morning and debating what to request. I have had tint 1/2 mg klonopins which didn't work good enough. I want a drug in the same family but nothing to sleepy feeling. Also I assume there is a different feeling from volume to xanax to klonopin etc. I once had a benzo theat started with "M" which worked perfect.

Anyway severe anxiety non constant is my dilema.

Please don't post go consult a doctor garbage as I want experience answers and most doctors havn't tried any meds so says my logic. Cheers

What are the dietary restrictions after the gallbladder is removed. I got sick after eating some real greasy food and someone told me it was because I had my gallbladder removed. Thing is, I had it removed twenty four years ago when I was barely twenty one years old. Why would I be having problems with greasy food now?

I have taken both effexor (helped) and paxil (was terrible and made me gain so much weight) for my depression and also anxiety. I am scared to try another one because I don't want to get big again, and i also didn't like the side effects of paxil (but effexor wasnt bad). My doctor said I could try wellbutrin because if anything you lose weight on it, but i heard it causes anxiety (and she prescribed it for depression and anxiety). has anyone tried it and actually lost weight (or didn't gain any) and it worked?

I have been diagnosed with anal warts. It is uncomfortable discussing this. When I date women, I frequently ask them to manipulate my rectum with their fingers and/or tongue. Am I required to tell them about my condition? Is it dangerous not to tell them?

Warnings

Suicide Risk. All antidepressants (not just SSRIs) carry warnings about suicide. In October 2004, the Food and Drug Administration began requiring that manufacturers include a warning on package inserts for all antidepressants. The warning mentions the risk of suicidal thoughts, hostility and agitation in both children and adults.

After you start taking any antidepressant, there is a risk that you may feel worse rather than better. The danger is greatest in the first few weeks of treatment, so make sure you follow-up with your doctor. There is also a small risk for an increase in suicidal thinking and behavior. Fortunately, research shows that the overall suicide rate lowers in people taking antidepressants. However, a small number of people using antidepressants encounter a lower mood, and feel more anxious, irritable, self-destructive or impulsive.
