Hi Angel (I'm waiting to find out how to get my nickname!)
I've suggested this at least a dozen times:
medicinenet.com
mayoclinic.com
realage.com

Each of these will give you links to follow to other sites & ALL are incredibly informative. I get newsletters from them regularly, & choose what I'm interested in. You can get PAGES of nutritional facts from USDA; with RealAge, there are various questionaires about YOU, & they keep your profile so they can help in the future. I think you just might like that one the best. They'll even calculate your "real age" depending on positive and/or negative things in your diet, exercise & so on. For example, I'm somewhere around 20 years younger than I SHOULD be, because like you, I want to, & do everything I can to be healthy.
Give them a try & good luck...

Health food stores have lots of books on eating better and healthier. Your library may have some books also, if not ask the librarian to bring in some from other branches. Here are some hints, avoid refined sugar, salt, MSG, caffeine and nicotine. This includes avoiding fast food, junk food, cookies, chips, and candy. Eat vegetables, whole grains, meat in moderation, fish (not breaded) and chicken without the skin on it. Also avoid cold cuts unless the label specifically says it does not have MSG and is low in salt also.

You don't need a web site, just a little common sense!

Lose the sugar (cookies, cakes, soda) - but do keep a favorite snack!
Lose the red meat - eat more fish, fruit, and vegetables.

Exercise so you raise your heart rate for at least 20 minutes per day.

In three months you'll start to notice some very pleasant changes!

First and Foremost you should get a complete physical checkup then ask the doctor's about your overall health. lastly go to any Library or bookstore and read any all information on improving your healt. Remember this one thing. Not everything written actually will work on you. Each person's body is different so study, study, study
