Not at all and the shape of your nipple could change some when you have kids and esp.if you nurse your baby.
If shape was a problem, all of these pacifier companies would be out of business as few pacifiers are the true shape of a human nipple.

As long as your body is producing milk (and that has nothing to do with the shape of your nipple!), you should have no problems with breast feeding - you might have some minor latch problems, but those are easily remedies with the help of a lactation consultant.
Good luck!
PS - I'm not a doctor, so I'm not guaranteeing there's nothing wrong - I always recommend that concerns like this are brought up with your physician or GYN next appt. :)

doubt it's a problem.
If it suddenly beccame pear shaped that might indicate a problem but if it's always been like that then that 's how your nipple is and their is no need to worry.
Hollywood has shown us a lot of nipples but really most people's don't look the way they do in the movies.

you know i am not completly sure about that situation! but, i think it could be a health risk, so discribe the situation to your doctor, and see ask if you could still have kids. and, even if you couldn't nurse you could still feed the baby with the milk powder! good luck!

No, it shouldn't. Even women with inverted nipples can nurse.
