i have bi polar disorder and my wife thinks i hate her and i have crazy thoughts of things like in security and dieing of sum horrable accident... sumtimes i walk around quite and people think im mad at the world but im not.... medicine dont help and im a very smart person.. a honor student in high school and college... but i cant seem to fight this and its really getting to me.. i dont wanna lose her cuz one day she might think this is my personality.. please help!

I have a 5 year old daughter who has been experiencing persistent vomitting for 2 days. If she is not better by tomorrow, the doctor says they will try a shot for her to stop the vomitting. If that does not work, they will have to IV fluids. . . has anyone heard of this? If so, what is the medication?

I want to start taking vitamin tablets and want to give myself a boost, I was thinking that taking 2 instead of one might help, but am worried that it might be too much. Does anyone know if this would be ok, or is it a silly idea?

has anyone ever tried ashwagandha? does it work immediately or we have to take it for several days before noticing any effects?

Im looking for something that helps me relaxing in minutes no matter what and stops adrenaline going to my heart when i think of something that frightens me, for ex. public speaking, so that im calm and more ready to any questions or challenges, is ashwagandha usefull? Alcohol is in a certain way but i dont want to sleep my neurons and behave drunk :)

I go to bed at 11pm most nights, I just cant sleep past 7am, as soon as I wake up I have to get up , I try to lie there but cant. I have a fulltime job and worked since I was 16, im now 34 and i've always been the same, whats wrong? my wife can sleep until about 10am why cant I? please help! does anybody else have the same problem?

i am a young teenager. i went through a growth spurt and now i am about 5'2. i dont take pills or anything. remember i am young and nothing that parents wouldn't probably approve. i just want to know what i should eat, what i should avoid. o and does basketball and jumping help? i know it probably does, but i want more opinions. please help! everyone is taller! i feel like i'm shrinking!

-i go pee all the time
-my vision is blurry all the time
-i bruise super easy and cuts take forever to heal
-bad headaches a lot
-weak spells
-dizziness
-thirsty ALL the time

I have this hunger knawing pain in stages but it is normally quite noticable in the morning aswell as the feeling my stomach has dissapeared overnight and is hanging on my hips, i eat alot but still get this hunger /knawing pain in my upper stomach? Can anyone help or dus anyone have this??

I bite my nails...horribly. I bite not just my nails, but the skin around them. To the point where they bleed! I don't care what they look like, total tom-boy here.
