Physically and scientifically speaking, yes. Everything you see as being real is just the way your brain interprets the signals it gets. Color is your brain's interpretation of different light waves hitting your retina. Taste is your brain's interpretation of the chemicals being sensed by your taste buds. Sound is your brain's interpretation of vibrations on your ear drum. Smell and touch are the same...all 5 senses!

Spiritually and philisophically speaking... I dunno I believe that God created the world the way it is and that's the way it is. Some people experience it a little differently, but that doesn't mean that it isn't still real.
