has anyone ever tried ashwagandha? does it work immediately or we have to take it for several days before noticing any effects?
Im looking for something that helps me relaxing in minutes no matter what and stops adrenaline going to my heart when i think of something that frightens me, for ex. public speaking, so that im calm and more ready to any questions or challenges, is ashwagandha usefull? Alcohol is in a certain way but i dont want to sleep my neurons and behave drunk :)
